- By scheduling our cleaning services, you enter into a service agreement with Premium Touch Cleaning services© for the specified cleaning tasks and agreed-upon terms.
- We reserve the right to refuse or terminate services if the requested tasks are deemed hazardous, unethical, or illegal.
- Service Scope and Limitations:
- We will provide cleaning services as per the agreed-upon specifications, including the type of cleaning, frequency, and duration.
- We reserve the right to modify the cleaning plan if unforeseen circumstances or necessary adjustments arise.
- Access and Preparation:
- You are responsible for providing access to the premises at the scheduled time.
- Please ensure that the premises are prepared and ready for cleaning, including removing clutter, securing valuable items, and notifying us of any special considerations.
- Payment and Cancellation:
- Payment terms and rates will be agreed upon before the service is provided.
- Cancellations or rescheduling must be communicated within a reasonable timeframe. Late cancellations may incur a cancellation fee $50 Australian dollars.
- Invoices aged over 90 days will be sent to collections.
- Liability and Insurance:
- We maintain liability insurance coverage; however, we are not responsible for damage or loss to items not properly secured, fragile, irreplaceable, or of exceptional value.
- You agree to secure or remove any valuable or fragile items prior to the cleaning service.
- Customer Satisfaction and Complaints:
- We strive to provide high-quality cleaning services. If you are dissatisfied, please notify us within 24 hours, and we will make reasonable efforts to address your concerns.
- We are not responsible for issues arising from failure to report dissatisfaction within the specified timeframe.
- Confidentiality and Privacy:
- We respect your privacy and will handle your personal information in accordance with applicable privacy laws. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for more details.
- Termination of Services:
- Either party may terminate the service agreement with prior written notice.
- Outstanding payment obligations must be fulfilled upon termination.
- Governing Law and Jurisdiction:

CANCELLATION TERMS & Refunds:
We do not provide refunds or discounts for cleanings performed that have items on our cleaning checklist that a customer claims are missed. We will happily return to the home at no charge and address any concerns in a timely manner to ensure your satisfaction. It is the customers responsibility to notify Premium Touch Cleaning Services© within 24 hours of the cleaning of any aspects of the cleaning that were not done to their satisfaction to qualify for the 100% clean guarantee. We cannot be responsible for things that might happen in the home days or weeks after the initial cleaning was performed.
